The Buziaș Farm is outfitted with a comprehensive and modern agricultural infrastructure designed to support both the scale and complexity of KC Agro’s operations. At the core of its productivity are state-of-the-art irrigation systems, engineered to provide consistent and efficient water supply across thousands of hectares. These systems not only mitigate the risk of drought and fluctuating weather patterns but also enable precise water usage tailored to crop requirements, reducing waste and enhancing yields.
Complementing this, the farm boasts high-capacity storage facilities, including grain silos and climate-controlled units, ensuring that harvested produce is preserved in optimal conditions until it reaches the market. This significantly improves post-harvest handling, minimizes spoilage, and offers flexibility in choosing the most favorable times to sell, thereby increasing profitability.

In line with KC Agro’s strategy to diversify into value-added intensive farming activities, plans are underway to introduce blueberry and hazelnut orchards, as well as extensive organic production of grains and oilseeds.
