Our transformation journey that began in 2020 in Timis, Buzau, and Braila in 2014 proves our long-term vision, resilience, and dedication to agricultural greatness.

CONVENTIONAL FARMING

  • KC Agro’s conventional farming operations span over 6,200 hectares in Romania’s Timiș region, providing high-earning potential thanks to a newly built irrigation network, efficient crop rotation, high land consolidation levels, and an experienced management team. With 1,400 hectares under state-of-the-art irrigation and 4,600 hectares of rainfed land, the company ensures solid, high yields thanks to strategic crop rotation, precision farming, and modern land management.
  • The KC Agro transformation began in 2020 when the underperforming Timișoara farm underwent a successful transformation, driven by targeted improvements and strategic management. Over 4 years, the company built 162 km of roads and a drainage network, installed a smart crop and irrigation monitoring system that has led to significant financial improvements and returns on the investments. The company has modernized its machinery park with partially EU-funded precision equipment.
  • The primary agricultural products of KC Agro are rapeseed, corn, soybeans, and wheat, all of which are carefully grown according to an experienced management team. The final outcome is a solid and progressive farming company that not only adjusts to changes in the global market but also flourishes on innovation and sustained growth.
